Wall Ropes Yoga is a therapeutic practice using Yoga Wall system that uses ropes, pelvic swings, bars and other props to help enhance traction and extension of the body in different yoga poses. Embark on a transformative journey through the captivating realm of wall ropes yoga, where alignment and self-awareness intertwine to create a remarkable experience.
You'll discover precise posture alignment that enhances strength, flexibility, and balance. The ropes become your trusted guides, offering gentle support as you explore the depths of your body and breath. With each pose, you'll cultivate a heightened sense of self-awareness, observing the subtle shifts in thoughts, emotions, and energy.
Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to explore the Wall Rope Yoga practice. This class is not suitable for students who have no mat or aerial yoga experiences.
Please note that it is necessary to arrive 10-15 minutes early before class to set up the equipment.
