After spending some 11 years in business/retail management where continuous standing had resulted in a weak lower back, I discovered yoga in 2000. I was immediately drawn to the physical benefits of yoga which not only lengthen, stretch and strengthen the body but also provide a mechanism for healing the body from within. Over the years, my hunger for yoga grew and from there, it propelled my yoga journey onto another level by becoming an instructor. 

Fuelled by my curiosity, passion, love and the connection between yoga and the mind, I continue to inspire those around me with my infectious personality and quirky sense of humour.

As a yoga teacher, I believe I am “forever a student”. My humility and eagerness to explore the different facets of the yoga practice enable me to bring fresh insights into my teaching and no two classes of mine are the same.
